We proudly design and craft all our products in JAPAN, and we ship worldwide.

We do not collect duties, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Many countries have minimum-value thresholds below which no duties are charged. If you are purchasing multiple items, we encourage splitting your order to help minimize or avoid duties and import fees. When possible, we will also split large orders into multiple shipments to reduce the likelihood of additional fees.

Order cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us within this timeframe. After 6 hours, orders are automatically forwarded to production and can no longer be canceled.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible, and our team is here to support you every step of the way. Our FREE Standard delivery from Japan generally takes 8 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional $29.99 only, which typically reduces delivery time by 7 to 10 days on average. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or heavy transit traffic and exact your location.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care, and responsibility for the package transfers to you. While we cannot be held liable for delays after this point, our support does not end there. If anything unexpected happens during shipping, we will always assist you in communicating with the carrier and provide 100% support to help you resolve any issues.
