Custom embroidery is professionally digitized to preserve detail, balance stitch placement, and ensure durability. Each piece is made to order and reviewed before shipment to meet our quality standards.

What types of images can be converted to embroidery:

• Clear vector logos (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF)

• High-resolution PNG/JPEG illustrations

• Simple line art

• Bold icons or symbols

• Minimalist graphics with defined shapes

• Stylized portraits or pets with clear contrast

• Text-based designs (short phrases, names, monograms)

What embroidery cannot accurately produce:

• Very small or thin text under 0.25 inches

• Extremely detailed illustrations (e.g., small facial features, tiny objects)

• Gradient effects, shadows, or photorealistic blending

• Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images

• Images with excessive colors (more than 8–10 thread colors)

• Complex backgrounds, busy patterns, or fine textures

• Intricate shading found in realistic photos

General expectations and limitations:

• Embroidery simplifies all images into thread-friendly shapes. Fine detail will be reduced.

• Colors are matched to the closest available thread tone, not exact digital HEX values.

• Lines thinner than 1.5–2 mm may not stitch cleanly and will be thickened during digitization.

• Highly complex artwork are not supported.

• The final embroidered size directly affects detail—larger stitches preserve more detail.

• Digitization fee only covers converting your design; major redesign work (redrawing or vector cleanup) may require an additional fee.
