I am an artist and want to collaborate. How does it work?
Reach out via Instagram (@familiafabrica) or email (info@familiafabrica.com) with your portfolio. We collaborate with artists worldwide to turn their work into limited edition wearable art using embroidery and mixed techniques. We can use existing or new artwork, handle all production and shipping, and offer a profit-sharing model with full artist credit. If it’s a good fit, this can grow into a long-term collaboration.
How should I care for embroidered clothing?
Wash inside out with cold water and avoid high heat drying to maintain embroidery quality and fabric condition.
Machine Wash Cold (30°C): Gentle cycle, inside out. Air Dry: Do not tumble dry. Keep out of direct sunlight. Steam Iron: 150–200°C, inside out. Protect Embroidery: Use a cloth barrier when ironing detailed areas.
What materials are used?
We use high-quality cotton fabrics, including heavyweight (180 to 450 gsm) and also organic cotton options, selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.
Are these suitable for matching outfits?
Yes, many designs are created for matching outfits, making them suitable for couples, families, and coordinated styling. Soon we will also introduce kids collection.
Is the design embroidered or printed?
Almost all of our designs are embroidered using premium threads for durability and texture. Selected elements, such as the inner part of hats and signature drops, use a fusion of embroidery, DTF, and vinyl printing to achieve specific detailing and finishes.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured by a reputable Japanese partner company with nearly 100 years of experience, operating both locally and globally. All embroidery and selected design elements are exclusively crafted in Japan at our studio in Tsukuba to ensure premium quality.
What is the return policy?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed <3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard global shipping on orders over $99 (or the equivalent in your local currency). For customers in Japan, free shipping is available nationwide, including Okinawa and Hokkaido.
For orders below $99, a flat shipping fee of $29.99 is applied.
